2. Move. Exercise. Stretch. Strengthen. A short time ago I weighed 260. I was fat. Nuff said. Today I weigh 197 PLUS I have a lot more muscle than when I was fat. I feel better, I look better, I AM BETTER. Onward!
3. Read. Read the articles, don’t just look at the pictures. Read some GOOD ARTICLES and books. If you don’t feed it, you ain’t gonna need it. And you’ll be too dumb to miss it when it’s gone. (I am talking about your mind.) Onward!
4. Feed and Free your spirt. Meditate. Pray. Be still. Give. Be thankful. Any questions?
