Become Radically more Successful – Do Your Daily Dozen by Mr. Twenty Twenty
Hey mate,
Years ago, I learned the importance of doing a “daily dozen” from a mentor of mine. His way of success was simple, easy to understand, and it worked.
Here is “X”‘s secret system for radical success. “Do your daily dozen.”
Daily Dozen: Every day, do 12 deliberate actions, that you know will improve your world.
Here’s my current Daily Dozen. If you know me, you know they are working out quite well.
1. Exercise. Do two sets of 12 pull ups, 12 chin ups, 12 push ups, 12 dips, 12 squats. Do these every other day – on the off days practice kung fu and chi kung.
2. Drink a glass of water. Drink water when you don’t know you are thirsty. Most people are dehydrated. Don’t be one of them.
3. Eat what you want to become. Most days, I eat a lot of meat, it builds muscle. And I eat vegetables, they keep me “cleaned out”. Nuff said.
4. Read. Read something that will benefit the business.
5. Read. Read something that will benefit the spirit.
6. Read. Read something that will expand the thinking.
7. Stop. Hug somebody. Even if it’s for the 35th time today. Hug somebody.
8. Write. Write something that will benefit someone today. Here you go. Come back tomorrow.
9. Write. Write something that will become part of “the legacy”. I always have a word processor window open.
10. Write. Write something personal, to someone who just pops in. Twitter is a great too for that.
11. Stop. Be still. Discover something divinely perfect. You know what I mean.
12. Share. Share something valuable, with someone you value. Nice to see you here mate!

Here’s a quick list–
1. Pray, personally and with family
2. Read/ listen to/ study and write about the Book of Mormon, personally and with family
3. Recite a motto
4. Keep a list of things my children say (going on seven years or so now)
5. Eat/ drink right (healthy drink/ vinegar, mixed grains and vegetables, fruits, etc.)
6. Write in journal
7. Hug and kiss family
8. Wear health pendants
9. Study/ research/ read/ practice–health, business, mind, work, etc.
10. Drink good water
11. Exercise
12. Short nap/ rest
