Some people are so full of…

“Some people are so full of shit, that they fell like the must crap all over you.”

And what makes it all the more amusing to me is, sometimes they try to do it “kindly”.

And why do they do it? They do it because you don’t put an end to it.

How to put an end to people crapping on you – without confrontation.

“That’s silly.” You don’t have to say that outloud, but you do have to fully feel it. “That’s silly”, is the attitude that totally dismisses their crap – without judging them. So inside your mind, do what I do, and simply say, “that’s silly”. And walk away.

Walk away?

Yep. Walk away. Again you don’t have to use your body to walk away from some crappy conversation, but feel free to. Because all you have to do is simply NOT FEED IT.

The question you need to ask yourself is this, do you have the guts – the gusto – the greatness – to refuse to let your head be treated like a shit hole?

POWERPOINT:  When YOU have the attitude that your head isn’t a shit hole, and truly mean it – people will stop trying to fill it full of crap.  Do this as a 90 day experiment, and prove it to yourself.  The ways that your world changes will probably SHOCK you.

Sorry for the swearing, today – that was the best I could do – and perhaps the most powerful way to put it. Because I get fed up – with watching people let other people – treat their minds like shitholes. And it’s up to you – to acknowledge how silly that is – and simply walk away.
