Today, it’s too easy to hide, and often scary to really share you.  “Hi, I’m Jack.”  That says nothing about you, and gives you plenty of room to hide.

So here I am, sharing me, inviting you to share you.

My name is Mr Twenty Twenty.  I choose today, to see my life, my world, and my potential – clearly.   My chosen name reflects that.

You could call me, “He who chooses to see clearly.”

So how do I serve you today?  Why are you here?

I request that you do a few things today.

1.  Stop hiding.

2.  Start sharing more of you.

3.  Be honest.  Only YOU know if you are hiding, or sharing more of you.   Be honest, do a little more each day.

4.  Consider getting some of our stuff, or attending a seminar.   Why?  Because no matter how much I try to hide, no matter how good or crappy one of our ancient or modern products is, I commit to you, that I will do what it takes, for both of us, to dial it up a level higher.

Not by doing more and more, but by stopping.  Stopping adding in the “filler”.

Blowing clouds away from the moon.  Stop hiding, start shining.

Today is Monday, first day this new week of opportunites.  I am committed AGAIN to not being LUKEWARM and being ON FIRE!

“I just completed my first 12 minute workout of the week, and I am on fire!  My body is looking great, I am getting stronger, and a formerly fat guy is getting more fighting fit by the day.

So I’ve got to ask you something,  what are YOU doing today, to add some FIRE to your week, to your life, to your destiny?

“New week, new day.  If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.”

My friend DJ Coffman shared this on Facebook this morning.  My Grandpa used to holler something like this at me all the time growing up.

So what are you going to do today?

Me,  I started out the week with my 12 minute on fire drills.    My arms and chest are pumped.  My legs are on fire, and I felt my heart racing!  I love being alive?

How much do you love being alive?

Anyhoo….

Do something new!  Do more than you thought was possible!  Do something exciting and new.

Catch your life on FIRE!

I couldn’t help but ask myself that question, after writing the Give Thanks article below.

I was listening to the video by Alanis Morrisette, and I couldn’t help but be touched by the beauty she shares with the world.  Thank you Alanis.

We live in a world where we’ve got to pay bills.  That’s reality.  What’s also reality, is that if you produce something that people are truly thankful for, they will actually promote and sell what you produce, since they are thankful for it.

My mentors taught me, “Always begin with Thankfulness. Always.”

Produce something today, that people can be thankful for.   Write an article, send an email, produce a product or service that improves lives.

I will be thankful, so will your clients.  So will the world.

It’s gonna get GOOD!

I used to think levitation was a big deal.  And I used to think Astral Travel and Out of Body experiences were a big deal too.

“Then I woke up to something much cooler.”

I began to notice something. Something that was obvious to my elders and mentors, something that changed my life forever.

“Most people don’t ever fully SINK into their body, or touch the earth.  Most people are checked out, most of the time.”

Really, it’s true, just look around.

My Chi Kung instructors over the past 2 decades have helped me notice that most people float, that most people walk, stand, and move in ways that literally make them never connect fully with the earth.

Could this be why so many people suffer needlessly from back pain, stress, blood pressure, blood sugar, headaches….

Could this be why we don’t suffer from a lack of fantasy, and why so many folks never do take action on their goals and dreams?

“Welcome home!”

20 plus years ago, I started learning how to move, and stand in ways that integrate your body – mind and invite you back home.  That’s why real chi kung heals, and why it feels good too.  Real chi kung helps you EXIST fully in your body, so you can touch the earth.

So… back to levitation, and the creative routines people do…

About 50% of my private training clients make me to take them to the mall. Because at the mall we can see lots of people, and notice exactly the creative routines they use to keep themselves from coming home, from being in their body, from feeling satisfaction.

You don’t have to do much to “get real”.  All you have to do is NOTICE and STOP what you are doing, your creative routines, that prevent you from living in THE REAL WORLD.

“If you can’t be fully in your body, you can’t ever fully be at peace, you can’t ever fully be healthy, you can’t fully be YOU!”

So we went to the mall, and we watched people levitate.  We watch and learn exactly how each person has a unique way of staying out of the present moment, staying out of their body.  Then we train on what it takes to get my client, to be more at home, in their body, in their world, in reality.

So if you want to learn to levitate, I might not be your guy. But if you want to learn how to come home, be more at peace, be more inspired, be more awake, alive, and truly energized….

Let me know. I only do between 12 and 18 private trainings each year. And we only do 3 to 6 group trainings.

And the only way you can get to them, is to take action, to commit to living more in the real world, and deciding that you are worth it.

Rock or water? Which do you choose to be today?

Metaphors, no matter how tempting, aren’t real.

You aren’t rock, you aren’t water. Your body contains both, and you, you are so much more.

In your time here on Earth, you have through the process of metaphor, turned yourself into things that you are not. Winner, loser. Success, failure. Good, bad. Right, wrong.

What I want you to do today, is to remember, you are more than you think. You are more than you think you are. You are more than you think….. YOU ARE!

Read those several times, and get this, YOU ARE!

Since you are, you can become just about anything you embrace as possible for you and that you work towards.

We live in interesting times, we need a people of vision. I request that you start living yours.
