When I was a child of twenty, Twenty…I thought I knew what the truth was about a great deal of subjects, especially when it had come to the way you were supposed to behave and interract with other human beings.

You do not tread on other people’s property. You do not lie. You do not have affairs. You do not kick animals. You do not and many others…

What i found were many of them were fine for me but when it had come to others behavior breaking my rules wow did it just frost my butt and I had made a great many enemies as a result.

Now, I understand much more about life in that my truth isn’t necessarily your truth and visa versa.

It has taught me a great deal about tolerance and understanding and has given me a great deal of compassion for others struggles and when I see another struggling with their “truths” I have to laugh because it is going to probably reveal something profound to that person.

Anyway, that is my limited take on this subject matter and as usual you have made me think rather than have thoughts.

One truth has served me in many ways, some may say negatively and others may have said positively but ever since I was a child I realized something had not been right with this world.

That has more than anything served to put me in the position of where I am today; no money, helping my parents move along in their golden years.

My mother used to tell me and my other brothers that there was something different about me.
It has been the cause of much soul searching. Think about it. Your own mother telling you you do not fit in. Wow.

Now my mother is happy I am not my other brothers. They would not be getting the care they are getting if not for my difference.

My brothers are good people but caught up in daily life. There is not way they could ever do what I do, or care to do it. They would be too frightened. They would be too overpwoering. They would be too oblivious because they are different than I.

Anywway, why not visit the enlightened approach and read about what my dead dog Yeager taught me about life, and how to live it, how to treat people and how to die.

What is, is and what is isnt. I wasnt really guilty of dropping out of college and wasting my parent’s money, so many factors played into that.

But I was only able to shine and became a 4.0 student once I forgave myself and got on with it. Just get on your horse and get going!

I have a 15 year old daughter whose only answer is did you google it! why do I have to do it? So we not even talking about an answer to my question – its about how to get the answer…

I have a 20 year old son just graduated college who use to be a googler and now as a graduate -it’s did you check out what Wikipedia says? Wikipedia is so off half the time but that’s what they use and now you want me to ask them a question and expect an answer…

and oh my gawd go so far as conversation – oh you ask for way too much…lol

lol I love everything you said – now if I can find someone to google what conversation means… hmmm …

We started discussing our questions with our friends before we “google”, and it’s amazing where the conversations lead! And what we learn FROM EACH OTHER!
